We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the MoMA Design Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate your order number and zip code to access our online returns portal and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
